  • Material Specification
    All materials supplied for the valve components are suitable for the severe low temperature installation. Impact test is carried out on pressure retaining parts of cast material according to ASTM Testing Procedures.
  • Fire Safe Design
    The fire safety design and metal seat design comply with the API 607 6th edition and ISO 10497. Qublock cryogenic ball and butterfly valves provide proven positive sealing performance after being fired.
  • Customized Shaft Extension
    The shaft extension can be customized to meet the application needs. The optimum shaft length and material are selected by considering the operation torque, fluid temperature and application conditions.
  • Cryogenic BS 6364 Design & Test
    Qublock cryogenic valves are designed to provide reliable performance under extremely server application. The valves are tested in accordance with BS 6364 standard and proven to possess rugged valve performance during the test. Other cryogenic designs and test standards are also applicable on request.
  • Suitable for Extremely Low Temperature Use
    Qublock’s cryogenic butterfly valve is designed to provide throttling or on-off control of liquids and gases at cryogenic temperature as low as -196℃.
  • Flow Indication Stem
    A stem top with “grooves” indicates the flow direction. It helps users to properly operate and maintain the valves at their sites.
